He has many achievements and completed projects for the Gdańsk Foundation of European Integration. He cooperated with the A. Smith Centre on so-called Noodles Plan project concerning the tax reform. He also gained the knowledge and experience in companies such as Kiesel Poland, ZPZ Iława or TIM S. A., taking high managerial positions.
He supports the Supervisory Board with an advice on matters of strategy and supporting business processes.
A graduate of the University of Warmia and Mazury majoring in Political Science and Social Studies and Business Administration.
Lidia Kotlińska-Szulc

Clinical speech therapist with years of experience; one of the inventor and main consultant of known and professional portal logopeda.pl. For many years involved in internationally promotion of Polish speech therapists in CPLOL (International Union of Speech Therapists) - The European Day of Speech and Language Therapy.
She advises the Board on matters of the preparation of a communication strategy and business negotiations.
A graduate of the University of Warmia and Mazury majoring in Marketing and Management in Education and Polish Philology and a graduate of Neurological Postgraduate Studies at the University of Gdansk. Active member of the board of the Polish Union of Speech Therapists Department of Warmia and Mazury and member of the Education Association.
Paweł Traczewski

For several years, successfully running his own consulting company. His career started in 1994 at PepsiCo Poland, as a sales representative, in order to be promoted on the position of Sales Manager, he also worked as Brand Manager in the marketing department. In 2005-2009 he served as National Sales Manager in Animex Group and Sales Director at Office Depot. Member of the supervisory board: Boomerang S.A. and Financial Intermediaries Poland S.A.
Part of his mandate is to assist the Company’s Board in building sales strategies, especially in relationships with corporations.
A graduate of the University of School of Physical Education in Wrocław - Coaching specialization and a graduate of the French Institute of Management in Warsaw, specialization - marketing management.
Przemysław Krzemieniecki

Lawyer in the Warsaw office Szczeszek & Partners Sp. K. Counsellors at Law. In the past, he worked in the WendlerTremml Chancellery (Düsseldorf) and in the Ministry of Treasury. He specializes in commercial law and capital market law. His special law interests are focused around mergers and acquisitions, and the introduction of financial instruments to organized trading system. He is certified consultant of the Alternative Trading System.
He supports the Board on matters related to market of NewConnect and on cooperation with law firms. Part of his mandate is to advise on restructuring of the capital Group.
He graduated with honors studies on Faculty of Law and Administration at Warsaw University. He is also a graduate of the Faculty of Law at the Rheinische Friedrich - Wilhelms Universität Bonn (the LLP / Erasmus). Sylwia Worsowicz

Part of her mandate is to prepare procedures for the Company, conducting and coordinating administrative and economic matters of the company and the cooperation with shareholders, counterparties, legal, financial and tax advisers, banks and external entities.
A graduate of Law and Administration Faculty at Lazarski University. She acquired her professional experience during several years of cooperation with WhitestoneLegal - law firm in Warsaw and public administration, which is subject to the Minister of Finance.
